School of Higher Education
The BITC School of Higher Education offers a wide range of higher education courses to support the baking and foodservice industry. Students can choose to specialise in areas such as patisserie and baking, hospitality management, café management, retail and supply chain management. Our aim is to groom students to become professionals in various functions in the baking and foodservice industry. Most of our courses incorporate an industrial attachment component so as to provide our students with valuable work exposure. Our courses are specially designed to fulfil the aspirations of high school leavers, college graduates and working adults.
Mr. Sudeep is the Executive Director (Higher Education) and has overall P&L responsibility of the school. He oversees all recruitment, marketing, business development and strategic development functions. He spearheads the college’s expansion initiatives overseas.
As Academic Director, Mr. Nathan is responsible for all academic matters. He oversees curriculum development, planning, delivery & review, faculty management and student learning & assessment.

Director, Operations and Regionalisation
As Director, Operations & Regionalisation, Mr. Seow is responsible for the college’s initiatives for expansion overseas through partnerships in form of collaborations, licensing & franchise agreements.
Director, Sales & Marketing
As Director, Sales & Marketing, Mr. Azmi is responsible for the school’s overall sales and marketing objectives. He develops the strategic sales and marketing plan to meet the admission goals and increase student enrollment applications.
