Introduction

The BITC School of Higher Education offers a wide range of higher education courses to support the baking and foodservice industry. Students can choose to specialise in areas such as patisserie and baking, hospitality management, café management, retail and supply chain management. Our aim is to groom students to become professionals in various functions in the baking and foodservice industry. Most of our courses incorporate an industrial attachment component so as to provide our students with valuable work exposure. Our courses are specially designed to fulfil the aspirations of high school leavers, college graduates and working adults.

Sudeep Sreedharan

Executive Director 

Mr. Sudeep is the Executive Director (Higher Education) and has overall P&L responsibility of the school. He oversees all recruitment, marketing, business development and strategic development functions. He spearheads the college’s expansion initiatives overseas.

Yoga Prabhu Sukumar

Academic Director 

As Academic Director, Mr. Yoga Prabhu Sukumar is responsible for all academic matters. He oversees curriculum development, planning, delivery & review, faculty management and student learning & assessment.

Joyce Soh

As Head (Student Support Service), Ms Joyce is responsible for providing

a comprehensive range of Student Support Services for all local & international students enrolled at BITC
