School of Baking
We offer the Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) modules under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for the Food Services (FSS) sector. The modules cover all aspects of baking, including bread, cakes, pastries and dim sum, and are delivered on theory and hands-on practical training based on skill standards.
We provide everything needed and participants get to take their amazing creations home. Successful completion of each module will lead to a Statement of Attainment (SOA).
