On the 17th of January, BITC had the honor of welcoming dozens of teachers from the Heartfulness Yoga Academy for a special event. Divided into morning and afternoon sessions, hundreds of our students participated in training designed to infuse our educational environment with health and mindfulness.

The one-hour yoga session introduced chair-based yoga movements, providing our students with the tools to stay physically engaged even while seated. Through meditation and unique breathing techniques, our students discovered new ways to focus and maintain a balanced state of mind amidst their studies.
